Benny Raiff is, much like Eve, a "Special".

Hailing from Mapiloges City (wear Riot and Fade-Out also call home), he was all set to take part in the meta gang war that was starting to tear the city apart (this is before Riot showed up), but was picked up by Agents of Dominus. Benny has the ability to generate powerful waves of vibrations from his hands, creating highly destructive effects similar to those of an earthquake. He's quite adept at varying the intensity, but needs to make physical contact in order to use his abilities effectively.

I dont draw him that way, but if he was a real person, I see him as Method Man. You know, the rapper from the Wu-Tang clan? Similar swagger/mannerisms, but he's the oldest and really the heart and soul of the team. He may of had a thug lifestyle previously, but it doesnt define him and he'smore than willing to be a part of this and do right. He's a very honest and approachable indeividual, he doesnt judge others, he dispences wisdom when it calls for it.
