This is Tim Rex, the youngest member of the squad.

He's a water manipulater,also known as hydrokinesis. Meaning he can control water in all of it's various states, solid, liquid gas. At this point in his life, however, he uses it mostly for "Parlor tricks", becoming a liquid version of himself, making shapes, "Stretching" around, making big fists, total kid stuff.

He's Mr. Rex's newphew. His mother (In an unnamed city) runs a meta boarding school, a safe haven of sorts, and she can't give him the time and attention he needs to really master his powers, so she sends him to live with Mr. Rex, and hopefully he'll stop being such a goof off.

Obviously, at some point he can be very very powerful. I mean, think about it, he can control something that covers, what is it, 75 percent of the planet? The sky's the limit with him. As to why he wears a mask, well him mom told him to. You never know when shit hits the fan and suddenly, you're on tv.
